Terms and Conditions

  1. Discounted rates are available only to verified QCD Premium members.
  2. All prices are inclusive of GST.
  3. Refurbished product includes:
    • product
    • power adaptor with charging cable
    • keyboard and mouse (iMac only)
    • excludes original box
  4. All refurbished Apple devices have been fully tested by Apple-certified technicians.
  5. No return of goods after the sale is finalised. It is strongly recommended to check the device thoroughly before leaving the service centre.
  6. Collection is by appointment only at QCD@Westgate.
  7. Optional delivery within Singapore is available at $28 per product with full payment upfront.
  8. Each purchase will come with a 30-day warranty with QCD Technology starting on the day of receipt of product. It covers functional defects on parts, excluding defects caused by accidental damage.
