- All refurbished Apple devices have been fully tested by Apple-certified technicians.
- No return of goods after the sale is finalised. It is strongly recommended to check the device thoroughly before leaving the service centre.
- Collection is by appointment only at QCD@Westgate.
- Optional delivery within Singapore is available at $28 per product with full payment upfront.
- Each purchase will come with a 30-day warranty with QCD Technology starting on the day of receipt of product. It covers functional defects on parts, excluding defects caused by accidental damage.
